Are you a carer?
Do you provide care for someone that could not manage without you?
You may be a carer if you provide personal care and support to a partner, relative, child, friend or neighbour who could not manage without your help due to physical or mental illness, disability, frailty or addiction. Please note that parents of healthy children do not meet the criteria of being a carer.
We want to help carers, but we can only do this if you let us know that you are one. You can follow the link below to fill in our carers registration form.
Please only fill in this form if you are the main carer for someone.
