Housing Support
Patients often approach us for a letter to support a housing request. Unfortunately this is not an NHS service and to avoid charging patients for a letter which may not make any difference, we have a standard format letter you can have for free. This letter is used by many practices across England.
Financial Support
Unfortunately we are not able to provide individual letters of support for financial/benefit purposes. This is not an NHS Service and we do not wish to add additional financial burden on you. We are happy to provide a personalised summary print out for free, please contact your usual branch to arrange this.
